During my Xmas stay, I was impressed with the hotel's value for money. the room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and quality toiletries. the hotel's location was convenient, providing easy access to the city's key attractions and shopping centers. the staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service.
The breakfast offered a limited range of western options and the coffee was not readily available, needing to be requested. the gym facilities were rather limited and could be improved.

Great position and value for money, with easy access to shopping centres and restaurants. The hotel provided both Chinese and Western food during breakfast. The room had a separate drinking water spout, which was convenient for our romantic escape.
The condition of the room was not up to par, with dirty marks on the paintwork and handprints. The bed was uncomfortable, and the shower was difficult to operate.
